So here  is a "1" used as the central vignette and yet they did not keep the left/right decorations. I have not been able to find one of these.

Tough one. Nice vignette and War of 1812 story but can’t find any notes. Completely stumped. Maybe a bond or some other financial instrument ? Good luck.

It looks like The Battle of Lundy's Lane only appeared on a single issue by an Illinois bank. Very rare obsolete -- this example sold in 2015 for $5,640.
