I have a bumch of 1995 BEP star issues that came out with their own bep  cardboard holders and pr blurbs with plastic protectors.($2, $5, and $10) I am sure these have a specific serial# range, and as such can be identified as special issue by the knowledgeable. What is the opinion on:  (value wise) keeping them as issued in the bep holders, or grading and pmg slabbed?

I have yet to get any of these graded. First thing I do is remove the note from the BEP display folder. The corners can get dinged by the nature of being tucked under slits in the display folder. I keep all of the OGP separately. I’ve provided some information showing release dates, serial number ranges and original pricing.

+1

The holders they use are not quality and frankly to small as well. I have seen some of these slabbed and I do not see a lot of value in that, unless they grade 67+, emphasis on +...
