So, I took Danny's idea and ran with it sort of...  I am a huge fan of trying to keep things organized...but, I must confess if you see my real world, it seems more like chaos than organization.  But, that's another subject and it's all in the eye of the beholder....

So Danny's idea was to pin helpful topics so they stay on top... but, I can see pinning topics getting out of hand quickly.  And of course what defines a topic that should be pinned versus one that is not.  So I am compromising... what about a single pinned thread that has links to other threads that are worth seeing...

Something like this...

There have been a few issues where peoples emails are bouncing back to the system and it is marking the emails as not legitimate. This will make so you cant log in or do anything with the Forum. If your email is good use this fix:

1. delete the email that is in the system and replace with a made up one 123@abc.com and save
2. Then delete that email and replace it with your previous good email and save.
3. make sure if you receive a confirmation email (check your spam) that you click the link in that email.
This should restore your access.

Yes! I was starting wonder when the pinned topics were going to squeeze the regular topics off the page. I would put ALL the pinned topics here. I would also submit that we UNpin the contest topics, so that they pop up with each new post and we know to look.

are there any pinned threads on here about ebay sellers to stay away from?  i found one thread from a while back, but the links no longer work.
i know about jimrob but there are a couple other sellers who i've been wondering about, and i think it would be helpful to new collectors like myself.

thanks -L

Looks like the new format plus the expansion of the number of pinned topics results in pinned topics squeezing the regular topics of the first screen for many of us ...

There are a lot of pinned items!  Sometimes it is confusing to find latest posts.

BBF - on the blue menu bar the second item is Topics, click it, it will show you all posts from all forums sorted by most recent - pinned topics will almost never appear, and you can browse quickly all of the latest conversations...

Agree.

Unsure if possible, but may the pinned items be reduced please? Ã°Å¸â€˜Â

I had taken a few pins off since your post and I just removed the Monthly Contests Pin, until someone holds another contest.

It would be nice to get a master thread pinned on the main forum.

Seeing the chances of that happening look slim, I have decided that this would be the second best place to post links:
