Look, I know your a real person and I know your intentions are actually good but please try to not put this out on every damn thread. Many people agree with you but can we just welcome the new member and celebrate his acquisition. This is after all exactly what the forum is for (among other things) and we shouldn’t distract from the original post... this is well covered and I am about to pin something up top when I get back home. Again, I know your actual intentions are good and this is a real issue, just saying...

No one else needs to respond to this and distract from the OP...
