Nice ! Great job all. Now for the stars and mules ? Rock ? This thread was/is the definition of persistance. Very cool and thanks again.

Great notes, all of them.
I’m not known for chasing numbers, instead I look for notes with great eye appeal for the grade and original paper qualities. A nicely centered AU or XF example can be found for budget minded collectors.

I don't "chase" numbers either, but I'll buy them if they come along for no premium at all.

The Black Eagle is probably the most powerful image represented on our paper money, surpassing even the Indian Chief and the Bison for its bold suggestion of international strength.

One of my favorite large size notes in my Large Type set. The first Black Eagle Fr., complete originality, and it looks to be as fresh and clean as the day it was printed...what’s not to love?

Enamored with VF-35 and lower grade PPQ/EPQ notes!

The Tehee/Burke sig combo has to be the most widely-collected note in the BE series.  Among the many block combos, there must be thousands of graded fancy and low-S/N notes - I used to keep a log but finally gave up. I do love them though! Click image for larger version - Name: 1 1899 SC BE X50X P66 grade detail 45 orig.jpg, Views: 27, Size: 64.61 KB
