Found these on the Bay, assume they are the new holder. I'm going to guess a one size fits all holder? And it would appear to be much taller than the PMG's?

Seems to be a less "yellow" quality to the gold trim on these recent pics, which I like better.  They should think about doing that with their logo, as well.

Anything that has the certification number on the front of the holder was graded back in January or early February.  Since about mid February all holders have just the barcode on the front and the certification number on back.  Here's a recent one with the revision:
