Welcome to the Paper Money forum. If you’re referring to the website where you enter an 8-digit serial number and they give you a Coolness Factor percentage, then probably not. This website will give you an idea of what most find valuable or collectible. http://www.coolserialnumbers.com/FancySerialNumbers.aspx
But, just in case I missed something, please post a photo or at least give us the series (year) and serial number, including the prefix and suffix letters.

I would venture to say it is worth only face value. Also, I've heard this a few times as a general rule of thumb...if you have to look up if a serial number is 'cool' or 'fancy' then it's probably neither.

I couldn’t agree more. It’s a good news - bad news situation. The good news is, it potentially gets more people interested in paper money by checking the serial numbers on their notes. The bad news is, users get excited by a high UCI (universal coolness index) number and use that as a sales pitch on eBay. Link to website, http://www.coolnumbers.com/uci.html

I believe you’d be better off trying to market it as a Birthday note.
OP’s note with a little rotation help...
